Bocce is one of the world’s oldest games, with graphic representations of figures tossing a ball or polished stone have been recorded as early as 5200 B.C. The game today is played across the globe in courts and alleys with the same common object of getting as close to the fixed target (the Pallino) as possible….

Unless you are part of who play without the confines of a court; introduce adhoc rules such as “off the tree” or “must hit the path”. With the emphasis on “low skill, high trash talk”, we wanted to create an identity that appealed to a younger audience, whilst remaining true to its roots.

The identity included a bold palette, a visual style that was in intentionally a little inaccurate, and the overarching sense of fun and little mayhem.
